About This Trail
The parking is the same as for the Blue Ridge Trail. There is a campground on the right and a parking area on the left at the lower site of the park. There are toilets at the parking lot. You can take the left from the parking lot and head down the ramp to the bridge. If you head left, you'll follow the road to the right. You will see a stone barn after about half mile. The Frog Pond Trail will be started by a sign on the right.
