Kruger Rock Trail

For migratory animals, the park may close during the winter. It's a good idea to check with the park before your visit. The Kruger Rock trail head is accessible from an open space outside of Estes Park. The trail goes about 4 miles. It is short but with a few steep stretches and rock scramble at the end so you don't feel completely lazy. The views at the top are amazing. Take a hike across the fields to Kruger Rock. The park entry is $9.
