It gets warm early in the day. You are hiking out of the mountains. There is a part that is very loose. You may lose your footing. You have to come back up. Hot springs are peaceful. It may not be a good idea to go hiking if you are not comfortable with nudity. You can cool off at hot springs and cold springs.
