About This Trail
The trail leads to an old camp in the Cold Water canyon. Campers frequent the area because the trail is used to access Indian trail. It's a popular place to escape the heat during the summer. The old foundations of the camp can be seen as you follow the trail. The workers built the walls along the Ogden river during the depression. The mountains were heavily mined until the 1950s.
