Trail Canyon Trail

The parking lot to Trail Canyon and Mary Jane Falls is not open during the winter. The hike starts at Trail Canyon. The trail goes through aspens and crosses the North loop trail. It is two miles from the trail. The North loop trail leads through an area destroyed by a fire. The hike leaves the trail and goes up a steep slope. The oldest living tree is at the top of the slope. The path goes east and goes to the west side of Mummy Mountain. The path curves north and leads to a Class 2 chute. The summit is at the top of the chute.
