About This Trail

Imported description

It was a walk past petroglyphs to the ridge line. It is a well worn path to the summit of Turtlehead Mountain. The Red Rock Canyon Peak has alternate exits. The Red Rock Recreation Lands status was changed to a national conservatoire in 1990. The area is located 17 miles west of the Las Vegas Strip. There are more than 30 miles of hiking trails in this area. Red Rock Canyon Peak has stunning views of Las Vegas and the Red Rock Canyon mountain skyline.
