About This Trail

Imported description

This is a great hike to the top of one of the tallest peaks. The best route is from the locked forest road gate. It's a 2.5 mile trek to the summit from there. There are some wide open views at the peak, but there are a lot of trees blocking the view. If you go in the summer or fall, you should share the road with motorcycles and other vehicles. This is a great trail for pets and kids. The views of RMNP are outstanding.
