About This Trail
This is a moderate to hard road that takes you through Jefferson Park. The stroll is used forhiking andbiking and is part of the Pacific Crest Trail. The trail became exposed since the Whitewater Creek Fire took care of the Douglas Fir and smilch forests of the area. The path takes in a view of Mt Jefferson from the ridge. It was noted that wildflowers may be in full bloom along this ridge in certain seasons. It's possible the trail will go next to Bays Lake, Scout Lake and Russell Lake. You can view wildflowers along the path. There's a rocky, scree slopes at Park beath.
