About This Trail
A short cairned loop over uneven slickrock that crosses sandstone terrain pocked with natural water-filled depressions (potholes). These potholes host diverse communities of tiny organisms that spring to life after rain, and the trail opens onto views of The Needles. The route follows cairns across open bare rock.
