About This Trail
Imported descriptionThe hike starts in Brainard Lake Recreation Area. There is a fee to enter this area. The hike begins at the Long Lake trailhead. The road to this location is closed from October to June. The Gateway trailhead is just outside the closed gate. There is no fee to park at this gate. The Gateway trailhead adds five miles to the hike.
