Hidden Valley Trail

There is limited parking at the churchyard. It is a good idea to park in the vicinity of Okey College to access Mission Peak. The Hidden Valley Trail, a well-graded dirt road, leads to the top of Mission Peak, one of the East Bay's most dramatic summits, offering views of the entire Bay Area. This is not a trip for hot weather. This is a mountain environment which can quickly turn hostile and you should bring extra clothes and a wind shell. There are no bicycles on the single-track part of the Peak Trail.
