Start at the river road trail. Take the pass to the trail. Go straight on to Ridge Trail before crossing the river. Take Ridge Trail to the Old Connection and then take the Morning Choice Trail to the Log Trail. It is said that you should return to the head of Cascade Falls Trail. The trail is rocky. It has waterfalls and stream crossing.
