Bloede Trail Loop

The expansion of the Ridge Trail is covered by the New section of trail. Right across from the Avalon is the first extension. The new section of trail connects with the old Ridge trail. On one side of the trail, it's five-miles, on the other, it's just under four-miles. The section of theCascade Trail you will be embarking on is the way to finish the entire Ridge Trail. The trail has great views of the valley. You can access the trail off of the river road. The Swinging Bridge was down at the time the dams were taken down. The trail has many twists in it. There's a fountain and restroom at the playground and the Swinging Bridge.
