Patapsco Saw Mill Trail

The Saw Mill Trail has an up or down terrain that is pending your direction and there is a stone tunnel you can walk through if you start at the Swinging Bridge. You may not be able to cross safely in the rainy conditions. The trail is narrow and on the side of the mountain. It's possible to climb down trees and boulders. When wet and muddy, it's a tricky trail. You can connect to the Sawmill Branch at the top of the section. If you cross the stream, you can connect to the Santee Trail, which leads to Hilton.
