About This Trail

The Middle Fork Trail and Power Line Trail both lead to Brown's Hole. It has stunning views of Middle Fork Canyon, Shupe Canyon, and the Pineview Reservoir. The Brown's Hole Trail is mostly used by hikers. The story is that Harvey Brown cut logs there in order to transport them to a sawmill. He was forced to abandon the logs because the area was so rugged.
