Gray Cap Peak Trail

The Gray Cap Peak in Red Rocks is a great place to hike. You begin the hike quickly. Go north out of the parking lot and then take a right into the canyon. You will experience a long, winding, short-hill descent and then arrive at an intersection of two valleys. It's a good idea to head left at this point. You can either follow the trail to the east or scramble up the creek. When you see a Red Rock valley open up to your right, go up the hill to the north. You can follow the ridge and enjoy the views.
