About This Trail
The section of Dry Meadow Creek known as Seven Teacups is just before the Kern River. The upper pools are accessible without gear, but the canyon is mostly used for canyoneering. The canyon is best visited in the summer or fall when the flow is not high. The majority of the hike is on the River Trail, with the finish up the Dry Meadow Creek being quite scrambly.
