Phillips OHV Loop Trail

This small but challenging loop route traverses an area that reminds me of a picture on the moon. It's a very strange place with many interesting side roads. You can connect to other trails in the area. The Mule Canyon Cut- Across Road and the shortcut to the Arch are both interesting. You should visit the fee area of Calico Ghost Town. It was a rocky climb. There are stretches of pavement that have been badly eroded. Stock SUVs need skid plates.
