About This Trail
It's the best route to climb the mountain from the west. Samuel Parrish settled along the creek in the 19th century. It goes between the ridge that is between Parrish Canyon and the canyon. It starts by following the ridge and then going around it. It is known as the foothill above both canyons. The trail goes below the ridge line. The road goes north to the summit of the mountain.
