About This Trail
There is an easy 0.6 mile interpretive trail located in Umstead State Park. You can access the trail from the first parking lot on the left side past the Visitor Center. There are native trees that are marked with interpretive signs and an Oak Tree that is growing out of rocks. Dogs are allowed to use this trail, but they need to be on a leash. It is a great teaching trail.
