About This Trail
Every year the log bridges are rebuilt on the Carbon river. Most of the elevation gain is found in the section from the glacier up to the lake. It is a long day hike so be prepared. It is required to enter the park with a national parks pass. The park has a ranger station where you can get wilderness camping permits.
