Mineral King Loop

The route starts at the Mineral King area of the park. Mineral King is a small part of the park. The hiking area starts at a height of 7500 feet. The trail goes to the Franklin Lakes. The route goes down and around the LittleClaire Lakes. The itinerary in this area is to return to Mineral King through the Sawtooth Pass, but then we will go towards the Big Five and Little Five Lakes. The trail goes up to the Timber Gap after a long downclimb. It is all down to the car. It takes 38.6 miles and 10680 ft. of elevation gain in 5 days.
