About This Trail
The hike from May Lake to Glen Aulin High Sierra Camp is a lovely forested hike. The real payoff is when you approach the camp with a series of cascades and waterfall, just a few hundred feet from the camp itself. Hike up the Tuolumne River is a must do. It is possible to hike through Placid waters, roaring falls, and soaring granite cliffs.
