Horsethief to the Crags Trail

This is a beautiful section of theRing the Peak trail. The closest sign up is Putney Gulch, which is 4 miles away from Horsethief Falls. It's easy to start at either end, we're easily accessible to cars. The Putney Gulch location is used for backpackers and can lead to a long day hike. There are many options to go off the main trail if you want more time. This place is not the only spot that you'll connect to. you will find fields of flowers and shady Aspen groves. If you plan for a longer trip, you can see certain places that you have come to rely on as a base for hikes.
