First Creek Peak via Overlook Trail

If you're used to well marked trails and signs, this may be more than you bargained for. The safest way to go is with someone who knows the area. This is a hiking trail that has dense brush and cacti. It's a prime area for mule deer, bighorn sheep and some animals. There are many horseback riders who enjoy the views down into Red Rock Canyon. You should stay up on the ridge lines and slopes if you ride stock to this overlook.
