About This Trail

The trail is mostly a single track, dirt and sandy trail. It goes down a path that leads to the dinosaur tracks. You will see slate rock on the left side of the trail as you go down. You can find 17 well preserved dinosaur tracks in the hardened rock. The trail is marked with signs and markers but there are a few areas where you need to pay attention to. The west end of the trail has nice views of the red-rock "Dino" cliffs and there are dinosaur footprints in the first wash.
