About This Trail
This trail is both beautiful and challenging. The trail is poorly marked and can sometimes be washed out. There are a lot of river crossings. It can be challenging if the water is high, hip deep and powerful. The trail can be accessed from the Eagle River Nature Center. The extreme uphill will be in the last 10 miles of the hike, so please be aware of that.
