About This Trail
A steep hike starts at Sonora Pass and ends at the Blue canyon lake, where a tarn sits above a bunch of peaks. The single track starts at the parking turnout and there is no trail head marker there. It's possible to hide the trail and creek below snow and snow shelves. There are signs on the trail that indicate the route in rocky areas.
