About this unit

Southwest Routt and north Eagle counties on the western flank of the Gore Range. Aspen and lodgepole climb to spruce-fir and alpine cirques on the Gore peaks. Predominantly White River National Forest with the Eagles Nest Wilderness on the eastern edge.
