South-central Routt County around Stagecoach Reservoir and the upper Yampa headwaters. Aspen and oakbrush on rolling foothills grade up into spruce-fir near the Flat Tops. Heavy private ranch presence on the valley floor with Routt National Forest on the higher ground.
