Safe and Secluded off the grid home on 4 acres in the beautiful Southern Colorado Rockies 1.5 miles off Hwy 160 between Pagosa Springs and Durango. Centrally located to everything that makes Colorado an awesome outdoor destination state. Remote enough to rough it, convenient enough to everything in town. Wildlife abounds, that includes predators, we are not fenced out from wildlife and ask that all campers be aware at all times. Safely sleep, camp and drop your gear while you explore the area. We welcome all adventure rigs and tent campers great stop for MTB, Motos, ATVs. Lots of area attractions, nature, wildlife and Fun!
