About This Trail

It is a great viewpoint to view Half Dome and other landmarks in the valley. It's a mountain cliff on the edge of the valley that provides great and unobstructed views. To get to it you must cross Yosemite Creek and follow the North Dome Trail to the junction. It is located near the Camp 4 campground, the head of the Upper Yosemite Fall trail. It is recommended that you allow 6 hours for this strenuous hike.
