About This Trail
The trail is great for exercise and practice. There are some decent climbs near the back. The trail is well signposted and it would be hard to get lost. In case of injury, there are usually other people around. There are several trails at the back of the trail. The trails are a little more windy and a little smooth at the beginning. If you're running or hiking and you want to add more mileage, you can always take one of the "off trail" trails at the back.
