About This Trail

Imported description
This is a description of the area known as Pleasanton Ridge Regional Park. It's an excellent way to get afeel for the park, but isn't quite as hard as some other hikes in the area. The mountains offer a fantastic sight: Mount dob and the San Francisco Bay. It used to be a very nice perk to have water spigots to refill your water bottle. The hike travels through a grove of olives in the middle of the land that belonged to the rancher. "So keep an eye out; this park is popular with mountain bikers."
