About This Trail
This was a difficult hike that took less than an hour. It's still a fair amount of elevation gain. A mountain ascent through many streams with some amazing waterfalls. It's a great run once you take the turn. A few places to sit and eat, but make sure that the space is not too crowded. They said the lake is pretty cold and that they swam with their kids. A good climb back up the main trail will lead to a run down. The trail is still a great running trail despite the rocky spots.
