About This Trail
The road to the campsite can be closed during the winter. Before you go to the park, you should consult the website. It is a pity that there is no trail to the summit of the mountain. The last 1.5 miles of the trail will gain 1800 feet on cutting straight up the mountain on a narrow path, while the last.5 mile will gain 1000 feet. This last leg is difficult and the view at the top is not to be brushed under the rug.
