Silverado Canyon Motorway Trail

It's 3 miles of straight up once you hit the trail. There is a single track trail. The views are great at the top. You should watch out for mountain bikers. There's a reason it's called the Motorway. Absolutely, no tree cover. If you're thinking of doing this in the summer, start early. The trail head parking is very sparse with a sign that says "No parking unless within a designated spot." It is required for an adventure pass to be obtained.
