Silver Mine Trail

The trail goes through a canyon through rocks and views the mountains. There are historic remains of mines on the trail. The trail goes uphill on the east side of the St. Francis river until you reach the Silver Mine Dam. The dam sits below the trail and takes a scramble to get down to the water. The trail goes down to Turkey Creek and a picnic area. The trail goes past Turkey Creek and follows the river to Mill Stream Garden. It's a popular area for kayakers.
