About This Trail

Imported description
The White Tail loop trail goes through an urban forest. It goes up a steep hillside along a forested ravine and loops back down the other side of the road. Deer and other animals are abundant in the area. The Parkville Nature Sanctuary is next to White Alloe Creek. There are four short loop trails in the Santuary. The two sites have a water fall, abundant wildlife, and a shelter built on the foundation of an old girl scout cabin. A section is accessible under the ADA. There are trail guides at the trail head. There were no bikes, dogs, or motorized vehicles.
