About This Trail
This trail is gated off to cars. It goes from the parking area to the road. You can pay $5 to park in the paid lot or free in the free lot. If you go to the end and back, it is 21 miles. There are many wooded side trails that lead to the lake. There is a short detour to the power station tunnel. It is 4.5 miles to the power station. If you don't want to hike all day, turn back. The side trails have signs. The trail is very cool and shaded in the morning and afternoon. It is an easy path.
