About This Trail
It was a shady hike to Scotts Flat from Highway 20. The trail is well maintained and out-and-back from highway 20 to Scotts Flat. It is used by both hikers and mountain bikers, with banked curves and lots of variation. The grades on the trail are not too steep. The trail on the way down to Scotts Flat Road might be more enjoyable for Bicyclists. There are things to do at the lake, like boat rentals and a bait shop. A small store at the campground has drinks and snacks.
