Sanford Creek Greenway

The park is at Mill Bridge Nature Park. Go to the parking lot and then left to follow the river. Before the next section is paved, the first part is paved. It starts at Marshall Farm Street and goes under Forestville Road and around the sports fields. The greenway starts a new section after crossing a bridge. This goes past Heritage Lake Middle and Elementary School to Rogers Road. It skirts past the Smith Creek Soccer Complex to the right a short time later. The next and last section is the NC-98. From the greenway, you can easily see the intersection with Heritage Lake Road. It's back to Mill Bridge Nature Park.
