It was a long hike to the summit of the mountain. It was said that there were small waterfalls. It was a good overlook. The Nature Center is at the edge of the parking lot. The self-service trail registration can be filled out at the trail head. The first 0.2 miles is paved and parallel to a creek. The small cascades and pools are easy to access. Go after the trail signs for thePinnacle Mtn. It was a trail The trail is in good shape. The trail is muddy in a few places. The Bald Rock overlook is at the 2.5 mile mark. The summit is marked by a sign and a pile of rocks, but you are in the middle of a forest with no view. You can either return the way you came or continue on the Ridge Trail.
