Narrows Overlook Trail

It will take a lot of perseverance to get to the overlook at the top of Poff Hill. The site where pioneers crossed the river on their way to the Bluegrass is rewarded with a view of the Narrows. It was necessary to access the mountains from the Narrows. From the observation area, there is also a glimpse of the surrounding mountain terrain and the Wasioto Winds golf course. There is a park on the opposite side of Highway 25E that has a parking area for this trail. The trail has bright orange blazes.
