About This Trail
The trail that is blueblaze is only part of it's appeal. " Lamentation." It is a paraphrase. The yellow trail ascends to a road which is not very marked and is near a wonderful view of the mountain range. A detour comes about from the red trail going away from the blue trail, through a canal, and to a ridge just before it hits the blue trail.
