Mount Baldy Loop

This is a popular high altitude route. Hikers cannot reach the peak of Mount Baldy without permission from the Mountain Apache Reservation. The loop begins on the East Baldy Trail and ends on the West Baldy Trail. The hiker returns to the parking area. The West Baldy Trailhead can be started several miles north of here. The West Baldy Trail leads to the East Baldy Trail. Go back to the parking area on the Mount Baldy Crossover Trail.
