About This Trail
Rim Drive can be hiked to the lake level at the crater lake national park, and you can see millions of stars on clear nights. The people have been inspired by Crater Lake for thousands of years. It is the only place on the planet where a lake is so blue in color and surrounding cliffs are almost two thousand feet high. It is a place of great beauty and an excellent outdoor laboratory.
