About This Trail
At the north end of the Pryor Mountain Wild Horse Range is the Lower Layout Creek trailhead. It's best to park on the other side of the road at the cattle guard. The trail begins by hiking the old two-track road. The main trail can be used to see the bighorn sheep and horses that use the area. The trail is a short distance from the canyon. The trail leads to the bottom of the plateau. There is a horse trail that leads to a view at the top.
