About This Trail
From the picnic ground entrance, go up Can creek to the park, then across a pond and across a street to sign at the optional loop. A statement says take a canyon and creek. A steep surge, and one switch-back before reaching the edge of the cap rock. It starts with a dogleg along the grassy edge of the cap rock and then proceeds downhill into Dry Can Creek. Is it true that rocks, water-scourED holes, and Cliffs, boulders, are a part of this quote? Finally the ledge trail goes under the ravine and back to Can Creek. It was implied that Cross Can and backtracks lead to the picnic area. It's beloved for its fall foliage and for its black-capped vireo and goldencheeked warbler but it can be crowded. The annual volks March and a daily walking trip are at the site.
