One of the Catalina Islands most exotic locals are Little Harbor and its twin, Shark Harbor. Little Harbor is calm because of the layout of the coast. A few surfers might take advantage of the waves if the weather is right. It is possible to get kayak rentals from town before you begin your hike, so you have a place to use the boats on the shore when you arrive. Catalina can give you more information. If you want to hike here on the Trans Catalina trail you can also ride theSafari bus from Two Harbors.
